Q: I am a merchant within the UK what is our minimum delivery?

For UK merchants, the minimum tube order quantity for delivery is typically 1,000 kg, on our own fleet normally within 2 to 3 days. For fittings we can send on next day courrier. Orders may be subject to delivery charges please check with your account manager.

Q: I am a UK installer / contractor using large volumes can I buy direct?

Our choosen route is via the wholesale market, whether that’s through a plumbers or builders merchant, national or independent.

Q: I am an OEM or I have a tailor made requirement can I come direct?

Q: Do you ship overseas, if so can I buy direct from you?
