Our headquarters and main manufacturing facility are located in Coventry, England. The plant has been based at our current site since 1937, continuing our long-standing heritage of manufacturing excellence.

For UK mainland deliveries, fitting accessories are typically delivered within 48 hours when orders are placed before the daily cut-off time.

Due to the size, weight, and specialist handling requirements of copper tube, delivery is typically within 5–7 working days. We use our dedicated delivery network to help ensure your products arrive safely and in excellent condition.

No, we do not currently have offices or manufacturing facilities outside the UK.

However, we work with a network of trusted local distributors across the globe, enabling us to supply our products and provide local support to customers in many international markets.
