Meet The Team

Adam is our Head of Fittings and Accessories. He has worked in the plumbing sector since 2004. He has experienced both sides of the fence, distributors and manufacturers, and looks after a number of key independent and national customers within our plumbing department. In his spare time he loves watching football, spending time with family, and playing golf.

Antony is an Account Manager at Lawton Tubes, bringing a strong background in sales and client relationship management. He joined the company in 2023 as an Internal Sales Manager, where he quickly established himself as a reliable and results-driven professional.

In February 2025, Antony was promoted to Account Manager. In his current role, he focuses on understanding customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and driving continued growth for both his clients and the business.  In his spare time, he likes to go watch football, supporting Leicester City, and spending quality family time.

Brendan Read is Head of Engineering at Lawton Tubes, bringing over a decade of experience from one of Europe’s largest copper mills. He leads the engineering team across a wide range of industries, including automotive, rail, whisky production, induction heating and electrical connectors, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement across the business. Outside of work, Brendan coaches his sons’ junior rugby team and is a keen supporter of Northampton Saints.

Caroline has been in the non-ferrous metals industry since 1992, joining Lawton Tube Poole Engineering Division in 2000. She focuses on any application that requires standard and bespoke round and shaped copper and cupro nickel tube in various industries, including heat exchangers, induction heating, electrical connectors and automotive. In her spare time, she likes to keep fit including HIIT sessions, long walks and cycling and is an avid rugby fan, watching live games on TV and at Stadiums!

Chris has been in the industry for 33 years and joined Lawton Tubes in 2007 to launch the ACR market. Chris is a Grandad to three Grandchildren, loves his cars, interest in property development and Formula 1!

David has a MSc in Management with project management. Before joining the company, he was a Global Product Manager for the worlds largest envriomental company.

David has extensive knowledge of product and project managemnt and NPD processes.

In his spare time, David shows passion in cars, golf and enjoys spending time with his family.

David Rebeiro is the Medical and International Sales Manager at Lawton Tubes, driving growth and building connections across global markets. He works across the Medical, ACR and Plumbing divisions, helping deliver the right solutions to customers around the world with energy and expertise. Outside of work, you’ll usually find David on the football pitch or cheering on Aston Villa.

Lee has been in the construction industry for over 25 years after previously working in the automotive sector.

He has been with Lawtons since 2009 and is the Head of the Plumbing & Heating department.

Lee is from a technical background and likes music and sport outside of business.

Patrick embodies the fifth generation to contribute to the Lawton Tubes family business, he oversees the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth order processing, maintaining health and safety standards, and building a strong partnership between our Engineering brand and Lawton Tubes customers. Patrick’s  background is in facilities management, where he gained a solid technical understanding and honed skills in people and project management. In his spare time, Patrick enjoys spending quality time at home with family, with a passion for motorbikes!

With 16 years’ experience as an Account Manager working with UK independent plumbing and ACR customers, I specialise in building strong client relationships. I am a qualified clinical hypnotherapist with a keen interest in neuroscience and am currently training as an integrative counsellor.

Emma has worked in several customer service management roles spending over 10 years in the medical industry, before moving into the Education sector. She joined Lawton tubes in December 2021 as Sales Support Lead based at our HQ in Coventry, ensuring customer queries are answered quickly and effectively, looking after our clients and ensuring the best possible customer service.

Outside the busy work life, Emma’s enjoys running, overseas travel and loves a bit of Ceroc dancing.

Paul has profound knowledge when it comes to quality; previously working as a steam turbine fitter working on submarine turbines! His duties included doing self-inspection, performing quality checks, and investigating product failures and downfalls.

Paul now covers quality management of both our service provision and products across all three Lawton Tubes sites. Paul focuses heavily on manufacturing and supply chain, managing relationships with suppliers, ensuring we have the best quality materials for our customers.

Paul has many hobbies, including watching the football games (a big Arsenal fan!) and loves to go on skiing holidays.

Rich has enjoyed a progressive career across Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, People & Culture roles working in organisations across private and public sectors.  He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of People & Development (CIPD), qualified executive coach and leadership mentor and has a Masters in Law & Employment Relations.  Rich joined Lawton Tubes in 2024 as our first Head of People & Culture.

In his spare time, Rich loves to watch the football, proudly supporting his local team, Coventry City Football Club.
