Lawton Tubes partnered with Medical Gas Pipelines Ltd, supplying 30,000 metres of pipework for Brighton Hospital Project.
Leaders in Innovation
We were the first British manufacturer to ensure our medical-grade copper tubing is produced and supplied in accordance with the EN 13348 standard, and we have continued to hold ourselves to high standards ever since. In the mid-2000s we invested more than £500,000 to develop a new degreaser, providing us with one of the most advanced cleaning machines in the market. Now, our unique and meticulous Lawton Cleaning Technique of hand inspecting and cleaning ensures our finished product has a maximum total carbon content of 0.20 mg/dm2, protecting the most vulnerable from harmful pathogens that could otherwise thrive in dirty pipework.

Quality Partnerships with Quality Companies/Suppliers
Our high standards of quality and supply are precisely why Medical Gas Pipelines Ltd chose us to supply their installation of the Brighton 3T’s / Louisa Martindale Building Phase 1 Project. The installation spanned 11 floors requiring medical gas connection, using various pipe sizes; from 15mm to 159mm. By final completion of the project, we supplied approximately 30,000 metres of pipe to Medical Gas Pipelines Ltd across 2 years, serving a 28-bed ITU, 7 Theatres, 5 large wards, and an imaging department.

We are incredibly proud of the vital work completed thanks to our partnership with Medical Gas Pipelines Ltd, and we look forward to supplying them in future installations.
