Robert Lawton and Ajay from Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber

Lawton Engineering was proudly featured in the Made in the UK, Sold to the World Roadshow – Midlands, an event designed to spotlight the very best of British innovation in advanced manufacturing. Held in Birmingham, the event served as an ideal platform to celebrate and share the journey of UK-manufactured products that are making a global impact.

Representing the Lawton Engineering division, we showcased our diverse range of UK-manufactured components, used across a spectrum of sectors including water, automotive, electrical, agriculture, heating, distillery, and medical. Our exhibit highlighted not just the products themselves, but also the journey they take from design and development through to application in real-world industries across the globe.

Joining the event were Robert Lawton, Director of Marketing and International Sales, and Shannon Stevenson, Marketing Manager (pictured above), who engaged with industry experts, international trade specialists, and fellow manufacturers. It was a fantastic opportunity to network, build meaningful global connections, and contribute to discussions on sustainable and forward-thinking manufacturing practices.

A highlight of the day saw Robert Lawton featured on BBC WM news, where he spoke about Lawton’s ongoing commitment to quality British manufacturing and export growth.

As we continue our mission to supply high-quality, precision-engineered components, events like this provide essential touchpoints to connect, learn, and grow.
